Three routes, depending on what you want gone. All of them are free, and none of them requires you to talk to anyone.
If you only want us to stop touching a particular social account, disconnect it and we are done with it:
The access token is destroyed immediately and we can no longer read from or publish to that account. Anything already published stays on your account and remains yours — disconnecting does not delete your posts.
Email cloutprofitagency@gmail.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my workspace".
We will confirm within 3 working days and complete within 30 days. That removes your business information, your drafts and documents, your chat history, your brand assets, and every access token we hold for you.
What survives, and why. Funnel pages we deployed live in your Cloudflare account on your domain — they are yours, we cannot reach in and remove them, and you control them directly. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else goes.
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account, you can trigger deletion from Meta's side without contacting us at all:
Facebook then notifies us automatically. We destroy the tokens and the account data associated with that Facebook user and return a confirmation code, which Facebook shows you and which you can check on this page at any time.
None of this deletes anything on the social platform itself. Posts we published on your behalf are your posts, on your account, and you remove those the way you remove any other post.
