CloutProfit is a brand operated by Delo Capital LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), which operates cloutprofit.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our marketing website, request a guide or training, contact our team, or book a call. Our platform has a separate platform privacy policy for connected accounts and product features.

Your phone number and SMS preferences: We use them to deliver messages you request and manage your choices. We do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, phone number, business information such as monthly revenue, and anything you send to our team. If you contact us by email or use a booking service, we also receive the contact and appointment details you provide there. The giveaway form does not require an email address.
Communication and preference records: your messages, resource requests, selected delivery and marketing preferences, the wording shown when you submit, submission time, and opt-out requests.
Website and security information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral links, campaign tags and interactions with the website. We use security checks and limited request records to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide requested guides and training, answer questions, arrange calls, understand your business needs, manage customer relationships, and operate and improve our website. We also use it to prevent misuse, keep records of communication preferences and meet applicable obligations.

When you request marketing follow-ups, we use your contact information to send CloutProfit content and offers relevant to that request. Marketing permission is separate from requesting the guide and is not a condition of purchase.

3. Text messages and your choices

When you select text delivery, the CloutProfit Giveaway SMS program sends a text with the guide you request. If you also select marketing follow-ups, the program schedules four follow-up texts over the following week. Our team may respond to your questions or discuss your business when you have requested that contact. Message frequency varies with your choices and conversation.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages from the sending number. Reply HELP for help, or email cloutprofitagency@gmail.com. Both SMS choices are optional and unchecked by default. You can submit the giveaway form and view the guide without opting in to texts, or open the guide directly without requesting text delivery.

We do not sell or rent phone numbers or SMS consent records. SMS opt-in information and consent are shared only with providers that support our text messaging service, such as our CRM and messaging delivery providers, and not for another company's marketing. Any other sharing described in this policy does not authorize sharing mobile information or SMS consent for unrelated marketing.

4. Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to operate the website and communicate with you. These include Cloudflare for hosting and security, Close for customer records and messaging, and Calendly when you book a call. Providers receive information needed for their role. Booking and other linked services also describe their own practices in their privacy notices.

We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect people and services against fraud or misuse. We do not authorize service providers to use your SMS information for their own promotional campaigns.

5. Cookies and website analytics

Our website may use cookies, similar technologies and analytics services to understand visits, referral sources and interactions. Some pages use tools such as Microsoft Clarity to analyze clicks, scrolling and site usage. This helps us improve the site. Your browser settings can limit cookies and related storage, although some features may work differently.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, manage relationships, honor preferences, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We may keep limited opt-out and suppression records so we do not contact you again against your wishes.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect information. No website or storage system can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

7. Privacy requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to change your communication preferences. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where required or permitted by applicable law.

Email cloutprofitagency@gmail.com with your request. Please include enough information to identify your record, but do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in an initial email.

8. Children and third-party links

Our business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' privacy policies.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the updated policy here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.
